1. Services

• Services provided include Animal Communication Sessions, Readings, Energy & Bodywork (where applicable), online and in-person Courses, Mentoring and Practising Groups.

• All Services are provided for personal insight, self-development, and educational purposes.

• Animal Communication is not a substitute for veterinary, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate professional care where required.

2. Client Responsibility

    ​​

• By booking a Session, Course, Mentoring or Group, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

  • No specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.

  • Animal Communication does not replace professional veterinary care.

  • Participation in Courses and Practicing Groups requires respectful and appropriate conduct.

3. Payment Terms, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Readings:

​

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refundable.

Courses/Mentoring:

 

• Deposits: A deposits (if applicable) is required to secure your place in the Course.  Course places are limited and secured only once payment has been received. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date may not be refundable.

• Final Payment: The remaining Course balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the Course start date. Bookings made within 14 days of the Course require full payment at the time of booking.

• Payment Plans: Payment plans may be available for selected Courses or Mentoring programs. Please contact us prior to booking to discuss available options.

• Cancellations by Participants: If you cancel your place:​

  • More than 14 days before the Course: payments made (excluding the deposit) may be transferred to another Course date.

  • Within 14 days of the Course start date: Course fees are non-refundable.

In some circumstances, and at the organiser's discretion, your place may be transferred to a future
Course date. 

• Cancelations by the Organiser: If the organiser cancels a course or event, a full refund or transfer will be offered.

• If You Are Unable to Attend: If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. Where feasible, we may offer a transfer to a future course date. Or you may transfer your place to another person with prior notice. 

• Once a Course has commenced, refunds are generally not available as course materials, teachings, and intellectual property are shared from the beginning of the program.If a participant feels they have not gained value from the course, they are encouraged to contact the organiser. In some circumstances, a refund or alternative arrangement may be offered at the organiser’s discretion.

5. Recording Policy

​

• To protect the integrity of the work and the privacy of all parties, audio or video recording of Sessions, Courses, Mentoring or Practicing Groups is not permitted without prior written consent.

• By booking a Service, you agree not to record any part of the Session unless explicit permission has been granted in advance.

• If you would like a transcript, please order it when making the booking or at least 24 hours before the appointment.

 

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials, teachings, exercises, and content shared during Sessions and Courses remain the intellectual property of Dagmar Klingenboeck / Animal Communication with Dagmar.

• They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, shared, or taught without written permission.

 

7. Privacy & Use of Information

​

• All personal information shared during bookings, sessions, courses or communications is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the client’s consent.

• Occasionally, insights or messages from animal communications may be shared for educational purposes (for example in articles, talks, or social media). These examples will remain anonymous unless the client has given permission to share further details.

• Client names, animal names, and identifying details will never be shared without explicit permission.

 

8. Disclaimer

• Animal Communication is an intuitive and energetic modality.

• While many clients experience meaningful insights and positive shifts, individual experiences vary. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

• By engaging in Services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the nature of this work.

9. Agreement

By booking a Session, Course, Mentoring or Group, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
